Wedding Event Information

We are excited to celebrate with you! Below are some important details and guidelines to ensure everyone has a wonderful time.

Event Details

• Date: December 20, 2025

• Time: 4:30 PM - 10:30

• Venue: The Old Barns at Dry Run Farms
  

Guest Information

• RSVP: Please confirm your attendance by October 20!

• Dress Code: Semi-Formal. Though the wedding is in December, we would like to have the ceremony outdoors if the weather will permit, so you may want to bring a jacket or a coat.

• Parking: Complimentary parking is available at the venue.

• Accommodations: The Carpenter Barn and the Justice Barn (see the Accommodations page) are reserved for certain members of the bridal party. If you are traveling from out of state and wish to stay in the area, the nearest accommodations can be found at Deer Creek Lodge.

• Respect the Schedule: Please arrive at least ten to fifteen minutes before the 4:30 PM ceremony to ensure the schedule can continue as planned.

• No-Phones Ceremony: We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones and cameras during the ceremony to allow our professional photographer to capture the moment.

• Alcohol Policy: We will be having an open bar. Please drink responsibly!

• Children: Children are very welcome!

• Gifts: We're so grateful to celebrate this special day with the people we love most — and your presence truly is the best gift we could ask for! Please do not feel obligated to get us anything! Venue Rules

• All guests must vacate the venue by 10:30 PM.

• Children must be supervised while on the property.

• Swimming and fishing in the pond are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

• Illegal drugs and marijuana are not allowed on the property.

• No outside alcohol may be brought in to the venue. No drinking is allowed in parking areas.

• The venue reserves the right to remove unruly individuals or groups.
