The Carpenter Barn

This recently converted old barn boasts tons of unique character. Perfectly situated to view the western sunsets. When you drive in you'll meet our Belted Galloway cattle. The mudroom has plenty of room for all of your shoes, coats and jackets before you enter the barn. Upon entering you'll be in the main room featuring the original walls and ceilings of the barn that will instantly make you feel cozy and at home. The built-in banquette has seating for 7 or 8 around a table made from old barn-wood. There is additional seating for 5 at the large island as well. The kitchen has new appliances and unique wood counter tops. Stocked with everything you need including a coffee pot and Keurig, pots & pans, Fiestaware plates and bowls, silverware & cooking utensils as well as a waffle maker, griddle, nutri-bullet blender & a toaster oven, Kitchen-aid mixer and all the bakeware you'll need. Cozy up in the living room in our comfy leather recliners and custom configured couch that reclines the entire length. Feel free to build a fire in the wood-stove for a little extra warmth and ambiance. There is cut & split firewood on the porch for your use. A Roku smart TV is located in the living room as well with access to Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTubeTV and quite a few channels via antennae. A DVD player is also provided along with a handful of movies and a cabinet full of board-games and playing cards to help you reconnect and enjoy a little family fun. The downstairs hallway includes a stackable washer/dryer should you need to wash anything. The downstairs bathroom is unique with a beautiful walk-in shower featuring a stone wall that is actually the back of the chimney and a rain showerhead as well as wall mounted. The downstairs bedroom enjoys close access to the hot-tub, large closet, a King sized bed and Roku TV. Upstairs, guests can compare ping-pong skills or hang out in the bunk room that has 2 double beds on the lower level and 3 double beds in the bunk loft as well as a Smart TV in that room as well.
